Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with patients, participants, and staff to accurately schedule procedures and gather necessary demographic, insurance, and clinical information.

Responsibilities:

* Gather information from patients and enter it into the appropriate database, seeking resources to resolve issues related to procedure type, date, or location.
* Schedule patient procedures efficiently, utilizing their time and clinical resources while coordinating and communicating schedules.
* Assist with insurance pre-certification/authorization coordination.
* Provide counseling to patients, participants, or their representatives regarding pre-service requirements and instructions.
* Perform clerical and reception duties associated with patient registration.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* No experience required

Physical Requirements:

* Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
* Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
* Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near and far, and to identify and distinguish colors.
* Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
* Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
* Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.
* Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
* Rare climbing.
