Job Summary

Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
