Paraprofessional Educator

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join their team in Putnam, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide instructional support and assistance to students under the direction of the classroom teacher.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic support and reinforcement to students, facilitating learning activities and promoting student engagement.
- Assist students with special needs in accessing the curriculum, implementing accommodations and modifications as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized learning strategies, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Competitive compensation package, including $20-24 per hour.

- W-2 classification with weekly pay.

- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
- Offer typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
