About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • One to three years of experience as a RN in a related setting.
  • CPR certification.
