As a Clinical LPN, you will be part of a professional team supporting our patients and providers in the examination and treatment of patients with headache, migraine, concussion, and neuro-oncology conditions.

  • You will coordinate and participate in patient care activities, including vital signs, blood draws, medication administration, and mini-mental assessments.
  • You will determine, prepare, and set up medical supplies, instruments, and equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • You will contribute to patient care through patient and family education, distributing resource literature, and community service recommendations and referrals as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conferring with patients to obtain accurate information for records and explaining procedures.
  • Preparing e-prescriptions for provider evaluation and completion/transmittal.
  • Assisting in completion of insurance/compensation/disability/prior authorization forms.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in chart/EMR after each patient encounter.
  • Supporting patient care with an emphasis on patient response and maintaining liaison with physicians and practice administration.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current LPN licensure in New York State.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
