Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Medical Office Manager and Chief of Staff to ensure access and delivery of care within the medical office.
  • Function as a liaison between site employees, physicians, health plans, MSO, and administrative teams.
  • Oversee front office operations, including staffing, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a medical office setting or supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Ability to drive and provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in interpreting, implementing, and developing operational policies and procedures.
