Opportunity with an Authorized Dealer
We are partnering with an authorized Generac dealer in Morrisville, NC, who is seeking a skilled Generator Technician. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide essential services to customers in your community.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on standby power equipment at residential locations.
- Diagnose and repair generator systems, utilizing technical manuals and troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure all repairs meet Generac quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and updates.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience servicing small engines in an automotive setting.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and engine mechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
