We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at JobRialto. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Your primary focus will be on performing preventative, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on production and facilities equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement maintenance improvement projects, including scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, implementation, and acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organization of common maintenance areas
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with production equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement best practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to all safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in a production/operations facility
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma required
