About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic Retirement Plan Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support Excellence: Collaborate with our retirement plan advisors to deliver outstanding service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from day one.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking our team's open projects and client follow-ups, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and develop analyses to support client recommendations and deliverables, showcasing our value and expertise.
  • Client Deliverables: Prepare engaging and informative deliverables for client and prospect meetings, highlighting our capabilities and expertise.
  • Day-to-Day Contact: Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for client support, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Communication and Marketing: Support our ongoing client communications and contribute to our marketing efforts to attract prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, or the Retirement Plan industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and growing within a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency with computer applications and excellent people skills to build strong client relationships
