About the Role

Fulton Bank is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to assigned Financial Advisors, including managing client interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate, and monitor the transfer of new assets.
  • Process client transactions, such as trades, deposits, and withdrawals, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate daily with clients, providing trade settlement information, coordinating payments, and delivering funds.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to prepare client meetings and presentations, gathering relevant data and creating reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring compliance with firm and industry requirements.
  • Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts, including seminars and client-facing events.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on firm and industry policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or sales, with a focus on administration and operations.
  • 2+ years of experience with investment operations, procedures, and transfers.
  • SIE (Security Industry Essentials), Series 7, and Series 63 (or Series 66) certifications.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management software.
