Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support Excellence: Collaborate with our retirement plan advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Seamless Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Project Management: Help manage and track our team's open projects and client follow-ups, ensuring everything is completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and develop analyses to support our client recommendations and deliverables.
- Client Deliverables: Prepare engaging and informative deliverables for client and prospect meetings, showcasing our value and expertise.
- Day-to-Day Contact: Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for client support, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Communication and Marketing: Support our ongoing client communications and contribute to our marketing efforts to attract prospective clients.
