Job Title: Team Lead, Content Workflow

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead, Content Workflow to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and overseeing the creation and integration of data-driven analysis, practice tools, and content for practicing attorneys.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cross-team projects to support the broader business strategy.
  • Lead a team of analysts and content specialists in creating and integrating data-driven analysis, practice tools, and content.
  • Oversee and generate analysis of legal market trends, leveraging expertise to provide insights to lawyers that improve their understanding of legal developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; J.D. degree or similar graduate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale projects in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
