Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer

Job Overview

As a Lead Electrical Engineer at Actalent, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating all hardware-related initiatives. This includes reviewing and approving electrical drawings, conducting electrical analysis, specifying new devices, and maintaining the bill of materials for our Autonomous Solutions products. You will spend a significant amount of time reviewing drawings from our team of Electrical Designers, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The remainder of your time will be focused on managing BOMs and finding replacement parts, ensuring that our products are always up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Review and approve electrical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct electrical analysis and specify new devices, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage BOMs and find replacement parts, ensuring that our products are always up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team of Electrical Designers, providing guidance and support as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience reviewing and approving electrical drawings and leading technical projects.
  • 1+ years' experience utilizing tools and software packages to conduct various tests on assemblies.
  • AutoCAD Electrical experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
