Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Ironwall by Incogni. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our privacy protection service and growing our market share in the finance, healthcare, and tech industries.
About the Job- Create and lead sales promotions and campaigns to drive new engagements and subscriptions.
- Identify and nurture new customer base and revenue streams.
- Attract, develop, and retain an exceptional sales team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience leading a sales team, particularly in B2B technology services and/or SaaS. You should be well-versed in building and optimizing sales/marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of reducing sales cycles, increasing close ratios, and maximizing average deal size.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100-125K base plus a generous commission schedule with no cap, on-target earnings (OTE) of over $250K possible in your first year. Our benefits package includes full benefits, incentive bonuses, generous vacation policy, holiday schedules, a 401k retirement plan, and a casual but professional work environment.
