Job Description

The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant will assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families
