We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of patients/residents.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $28-$34/hour, depending on experience, and is based in Albuquerque. As a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals working together to achieve the best patient outcomes and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide training to nursing staff on HNF documentation
  • Mentor and support floor nurses to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Follow up on daily nursing templates and address any documentation issues with administrators
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
