RN Inpatient Hospice Nurse

This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families in our inpatient hospice facilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls from patients or family in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform nursing duties according to Hospice Nursing Standard of Practice and Hospice of the Golden Isles policies and procedures.
- Display critical thinking skills to problem solve and manage patients and family issues according to Hospice and Standard of Practice and HGI policies and procedures.
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
