Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including regular cleaning and organization of storage areas.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate and manage logistics and transportation operations, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift 50 pounds repeatedly, with regular standing, walking, and bending.
Work Environment:
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Work Location: Light Bulb Depot warehouse.
