We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards
* Oversee subcontractors and construction teams to ensure effective project execution
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
* Establish and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to industry regulations and best practices
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in project management
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams
* Strong mathematical and computer aptitude, with proficiency in project management software
