About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial and multifamily projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or relevant experience).
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets of $5M-10M+.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • OSHA certification and ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
