Manufacturing Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team at Cirtec Medical. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes to improve product flow and quality performance
- Lead design transfer of new products to production, including establishing assembly time and yield targets
- Develop and test tools, fixtures, and equipment required for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide inputs and recommendations for design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Develop and maintain process risk documentation to identify potential risks and implement preventive and corrective actions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in catheter-based medical device process development and/or manufacturing engineering
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
