Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate project costs by evaluating labor, materials, and time requirements.
  • Prepare for estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Address discrepancies through thorough information collection and analysis.
  • Present detailed estimates by organizing numerical and descriptive data.
  • Compile special reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
  • Conduct conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets.
  • Review plans for accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage take-offs while applying unit pricing effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Estimator position should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of estimating experience, preferably with a commercial General Contractor.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
