Job Description:

The AP Process Expert will be responsible for receiving, recording, and processing material and overhead invoices submitted by vendors. This includes paying/accruing sales tax on invoices as necessary and reconciling vendor statements of open invoices.

The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills, including the ability to utilize a cloud-based integrated accounting system, word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail applications. Intermediate Excel experience and detail-oriented skills are also essential.

The AP Process Expert will serve as a cross-trained backup for other essential AP functions and assist with special projects and training as necessary.


Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
