The Sales Manager will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to grow existing relationships with key accounts, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including leisure and group clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence others
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
