The Member Service Representative role at Kansas City Credit Union is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional member service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, vendors, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and potential members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and share drafts.
  • Process corporate checks and money orders, as well as cash advances and gift and travel card purchases.
  • Balance cash drawers and checks, ensuring the security of cash and negotiable instruments.
  • Cross-sell credit union financial counseling services to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Provide accurate information regarding credit union services, policies, and procedures.
  • Research and resolve member account concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process wire transfer requests and comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other compliance requests and requirements.
