We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Alaska Behavioral Health. As a key member of our Residential Services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional behavioral healthcare services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis
- Conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care
- Provide behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Participate in regular individual and group supervision
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with internal and external standards and regulations
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field
- Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW required)
- 7-10 years of clinical experience providing direct services as a psychotherapist
- At least two years of experience providing clinical supervision
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 to $110,828
- Annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of salary
