We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at the North Slope Borough, AK. As a key member of our Behavioral Health department, you will provide expert psychotherapeutic services to clients in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients.
- Assess clients' mental health and substance abuse problems and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a continuum of care.
- Document client services accurately and timely.
- Identify and report abuse and neglect to appropriate authorities.
- Masters degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field.
- Two years of clinical work experience, including utilization of DSM 5 and ICD-10.
- Valid Alaska driver's license.
- Ability to work successfully with children, youth, adults, and elders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
