- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless referral processing.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a referral coordination or medical office role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
This is a fully on-site position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with many Spanish-speaking patients. You will work in a team-oriented setting with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate referral processing.
