Fresenius Medical Care offers a competitive salary for the Registered Nurse position, estimated to be around $65,000 per year.

As a professional in our Clinical Advancement Program, you will play a crucial role in providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients. Your responsibilities will include assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.

You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This includes delegating tasks to direct patient care staff, such as RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, as well as participating in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing and current state licensure. You should also have at least 9 months of experience as a registered nurse and 3 months of experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
