Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Take vital signs, record medical histories, and update patient charts
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, and assist with administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in medical assisting or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This part-time Medical Assistant position requires a flexible schedule, including every other weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) from 8am-1pm. Additional hours may be required as needed.
