We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crisis Hotline Support Specialists. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals in need.

Training and Support

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively support callers. You will learn active listening skills, crisis intervention techniques, and how to identify the special needs of our callers.

Our training program is designed to be engaging and interactive, with a focus on group discussions and hands-on practice. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced trainers and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Volunteer Requirements

We require our volunteers to commit to working three, four-hour shifts per month. This will give you the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization while also gaining valuable experience and skills.
