Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and initiative.
  • Support the Store Manager in financial management, including analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to drive sales and reduce waste.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Complete operations and management skills training to develop skills and knowledge in key areas of the business.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statement, preferred but not required.
