Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
  • Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs.
  • Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak business hours.
  • Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits, and preparing bank deposits as needed.
Requirements
  • Sales Specialist Training
  • Assistant Manager Certification
  • RSS Certification
  • Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
