About the Role

The General Manager is the primary strategic business leader of the property, responsible for all aspects of operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations and increase profit and market share.
  • Hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution.
  • Guide professional development of the property leadership team and all team members.
  • Leverage sales engines to drive revenue growth.
  • Build owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations, and delivering solid business results.
  • Engage with the local community to build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hotel leadership experience in a select service-level property.
  • Proven track record of success in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls.
  • Working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
  • Team player with a professional and integrity-driven approach.
  • Excellent English language skills, with strong grammar and communication skills.
