Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's equipment and systems are in good working order.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Basic computational ability and basic computer skills.
