About the Role

Bocar US, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Technician to join our team. As a CNC Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform setup and changeovers on 5-axis horizontal mills
  • Load and unload tools, change out fixtures, and run NC programs
  • Assist operators with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Stage tooling for each job, including loading tools with heat-shrink equipment, balancing, and pre-setting the length
Requirements
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity
  • Coordination and organizing abilities required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
