Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and record keeping
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Providing administrative assistance to senior staff members
- Ensuring compliance with county policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; business school or computer training preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional office environment
