As a Management Development Associate, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to thrive in management roles within our organization. Your initial focus will be on supporting our logistics and route sales teams, providing you with a solid foundation in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of business operations from the ground up.
  • Assist in the coordination of route sales and logistics.
  • Develop and mentor drivers while managing logistics routes.
  • Complete a structured management training program.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Military experience is advantageous.
  • High energy and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test, physical capabilities assessment, and background checks.
  • Excellent driving record is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a DOT physical.
