About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting nurse leadership in the planning, development, and execution of facility education for clinicians, supporting the on-boarding and orientation of newly hired registered nurses, career development, and effective internal clinical communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to coordinate education, training, and onboarding of the critical care team.
  • Develop and coordinate system and facility initiatives to promote clinical career development and lateral nurse pathways.
  • Lead and implement facility clinical initiatives to improve patient care and maintain clinical competency.
  • Coordinate oversight of quality, risk management, safety, and nursing standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between all disciplines, effectively communicating, educating, and problem-solving.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical operations and a passion for education and career development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with nursing leadership and other disciplines.
