Job Summary:
The Wound Care Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing direct and indirect care to patients with wound care needs. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients with wound care needs, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound care management and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- 1-3 years of experience in wound care or a related field.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in wound care or a related field.
