Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced JROTC Senior Army Instructor to join our team at the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and instructing JROTC students, developing and implementing curriculum, and promoting the values of citizenship, leadership, and character development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct JROTC students in a variety of subjects, including leadership, citizenship, and character development.
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of JROTC students.
- Promote the values of citizenship, leadership, and character development among JROTC students.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a comprehensive and effective educational program.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a JROTC instructor.
- Proven track record of success in leading and instructing JROTC students.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
