In your capacity as a Customer Service Banking Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries and devise creative solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to address their inquiries or concerns.
  • Effectively manage and de-escalate issues when necessary.
  • Escalate interactions as appropriate.
  • Assist with requests for support and potential payment processing.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to establish a home Wi-Fi network.
  • Familiarity with setting up and configuring routers or switches.
  • Core competency with laptop or desktop computers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure and objectivity.
  • Strong listening abilities.
