Position Overview

Sentry Force Security LLC is seeking a dedicated Security Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and licensing processes across the organization. This full-time role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring adherence to security regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and verify the licensing status of both new and current personnel to maintain compliance with local and state security regulations.
  • Manage and update employee credentialing records within the company database.
  • Collaborate with account managers and staff to uphold compliance standards throughout the organization.
  • Engage with both new hires and existing personnel to ensure their licenses remain valid and do not lapse.
  • Conduct audits of employee files to confirm compliance with all necessary regulations.
  • Liaise with DCJS and other relevant state agencies to expedite the licensing process.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Work Schedule

This position operates on a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. However, due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required, including potential remote work after hours and availability on weekends.

Compensation

This is a salaried position with a starting salary of $75,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in security management.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
  • Pass a drug screening.
  • Possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary.
  • Must have a functional smartphone.
  • Availability for on-call duties and weekend work as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
