Job Title: Caregiver Specialist

Bethesda Health and Housing is seeking a skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team in New London, MN. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

The estimated salary for this position is $23,000 - $28,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This rate includes a $1.00 Weekend shift differential. Additionally, we offer a Sign-on Bonus of $100 per month for 12 months for full-time, and $50 per month for 12 months for part-time.

About the Role:
As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for providing home management, personal care, and delegated nursing services to our residents. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care and support.

We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience as a caregiver or similar role, that's great But don't worry if you don't – we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed in this position. No diploma, degree, or certificate required.
