Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at RHA Health Services. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including community-based programs and residential settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence, socialization, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Meet all pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks and drug testing.
Work Environment

The Caregiver Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to excel in this role.
