Pediatric LPN Private Duty Evening Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric LPN Private Duty Evening Nurse to join our team at Almost Family. About the RoleAs a Pediatric LPN Private Duty Evening Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes. You will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and will be responsible for recording clinical and progress notes, coordinating patient care activities, and providing high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, following all applicable infection control procedures.
- Document patient visits thoroughly and completely, per regulatory and payer requirements.
- Actively participate in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting of patient needs and changes in condition.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient health information, per agency policy.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
