Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Pediatric Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes, while also enjoying a flexible and rewarding work environment.

As a Private Duty Pediatric LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by their physicians. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to pediatric patients in their homes, as prescribed by their physicians.
  • Document patient visits thoroughly and completely, following all applicable regulations and agency policies.
  • Actively participate in our care coordination process, including timely reporting of patient needs and changes in condition.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient health information, as required by agency policy.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.
