Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Pediatric LPN in Sheboygan. As a member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to patients in their homes.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient health information per agency policy.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.
