We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Center Medical Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

About the Role

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability
  • Ensuring donor and staff confidentiality
  • Providing donor education and counseling on general health and unacceptable test results
  • Assisting in employee training
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay scale of $35-$37 per hour for LPNs and $48-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on training, education, and experience. You will also be eligible to participate in our company bonus pool and enjoy benefits such as medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in healthcare and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Agencies that present a candidate to Grifols must have an active, non-expired, Grifols Agency Master Services Agreement with the Grifols Talent Acquisition Department.
