**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and upkeep services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and maintain assigned areas, including floors, carpets, and surfaces
* Perform dusting, polishing, and other cleaning tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
* Empty wastebaskets and clean windows, restrooms, and other high-touch areas
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience in cleaning or maintenance
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
